Things You Need to Know

At SUMU, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

Please read thoroughly, and contact us with questions.

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (Canadian companies with USD pricing - bleh!)

  • We offer free shipping in Canada - we've worked this into the prices listed to give you the best possible deal - please note: smaller items (400g and under) are automatically shipped via lettermail, which is untracked (takes 7-17 business days with Canada Post) but of course you can upgrade to tracking at own expense prior to purchasing! (Contact us!)

  • All sales are absolutely final - we do not accept returns/offer refunds unless we cannot fulfill the order for whatever reason, as many of the items we have for sale are made to order.

  • All sales are filmed from packing, shipping all the way to the post office to ensure seller and buyer protection (You'd be surprised!)

  • ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: If there are flaws or damages on anything, they are noted. All descriptions are detailed; PLEASE read clearly before buying!

  • ADDRESSES: Please ensure your address is correct when you check out to ensure it will be delivered appropriately.

  • Many of our items are limited edition, or we only have 1 in stock - if you want the item, snatch it up asap!

  • For international orders (outside of Canada) please contact us directly to get a quote or make to make an arrangement.

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for us to respond to any inquiries.

  • Most orders are shipped via Canada Post. Any transit delays by the courier is out of our control.
